Application
Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ACSR (aluminum conductor steel reinforced) & AACSR (all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced) offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity.

Specifications:The reinforcing core of Aluminum Conductor Fiber Reinforced is composed with carbon fiber and thermosetting resin.
The carbon fiber uses fire-retardant treatment by polyamide and is carbonized; the thermosetting resin has the character of high impact resistance, tensile strength and bending stress for its high-strength, high-tenacity formula. The outer and adjacent layer of the core is circular, trapezoidal or Z-shaped aluminum wire. Compared with the traditional ACSR conductor, Aluminum Conductor Fiber Reinforced has the advantages of higher strength & conductivity, larger capacity, higher working temperature, smaller linear expansion coefficient & less sag, better corrosion resistance and longer working life.
